Addict lipglosses claim to pump up the lips to make them poutier and fuller. This is sensitive subject for me as I have thin-ish lips so I have to be careful which lip makeup products I use. I tend to stay away from red or dark lipsticks as these can really make my lips appear non-existent.

Another great tip to make your lips appear fuller is to use a white eyeliner or lip pencil. Line your mouth going slightly outside your natural lip line. Concentrate more on the cupid's bow and bottom center of your lips.
